Engineered Water Treatment Systems

For more than 40 years, we’ve helped our customers solve complex water treatment challenges by designing and manufacturing custom systems that drive performance and long-term operational success.

COLLECTION:

Key to consistent, successful wastewater treatment operation begins with proper segregation of rinse waters from concentrated chemistries. JMARK professionally reviews each application to provide a nearly 100% uptime when properly operated.

TREATMENT:

Proper treatment is dependent on maintaining wastewater condition during each phase of treatment to achieve optimal metals separation or neutralization. JMARK works diligently to provide a system that can meet permit requirements.

CHEMICAL FEED:

Chemicals required to maintain proper treatment are well organized and designed for ease of refill and with maintenance in mind. JMARK utilizes decades of experience to provide customized chemical feed systems.

CLARIFICATION:

Properly treated metal bearing wastewater needs a properly sized means to separate metal bearing solids from compliant discharge water. The JMARK manufactured slant plant clarifier is designed to provide this separation. Our team utilizes decades of experience to properly size these units for each application.

POLISHING:

Sometimes polishing of the water is required to remove contaminates down to lower levels, based on permit discharge requirements. JMARK works to deliver the correct technology to meet customers’ specific needs.

DISCHARGE:

Properly treated water needs the means to be discharged from the facility, this requires some level of monitoring. JMARK provides a discharge means to best meet the customers’ requirements and can record instrument data for record keeping.

DEWATERING:

Contaminate bearing waste stream is 98% water. JMARK uses premium methods and equipment applications to separate solids from water in an operator and maintenance friendly design.

BULK CHEMICAL:

Chemicals are an integral part of manufacturing and wastewater treatment. JMARK works with customers and key system providers to integrate required bulk chemistry system for point of use applications including double containment or heat tracing.

RAW WATER FEED:

Manufacturing requires dependable freshwater feed source to minimize impact to the finishing/manufacturing process. JMARK designs the feed system to meet customer requirements and maximize up time.

WATER CONDITIONING:

Depending on feed water source and quality, feed water may require conditioning prior to facility use. This function often reduces facility operating costs and increases equipment life expectancy. JMARK custom designs this system using readily available media filters, carbon filter, water softeners and ultra filters based on facility needs.

REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO):

High purity water is required in most finishing/manufacturing processes. JMARK has decades of experience in providing both standard and custom designed RO equipment to meet water quality requirements.

DEIONIZED WATER (DI):

Ultra High purity water may be required in some processes needing water from 0-18 meg/ohm. JMARK will integrate a system that will best fit the customers need, Electrodeionization, traditional mixed bed or dual bed deionization or resin exchange cannister that can be utilized to polish RO permeate.

WATER REUSE:

Reuse/reclaim of rinse water from finishing/manufacturing process provides both environmental and economic advantages to the facility. JMARK can walk the customer through the often challenging process of implementing water reuse/reclaim.

Capabilities:

From concept to installation and ongoing support, we're committed to helping our customers operate more efficiently, reduce costs, and meet their environmental and regulatory requirements with confidence.
