The Solution
JMark Systems designed and supplied a 150 GPM reverse osmosis system engineered specifically for the customer's process water requirements.
The system produces high-purity water with conductivity below 10 µS while continuously monitoring temperature, pH, flow and conductivity to help maintain consistent water quality throughout operation.
To support uninterrupted production, the system also includes 14,000-gallon storage tanks with continuous level monitoring. This delivers dependable water availability for the facility's paint line.
